Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is received in damaged condition.
• The product is defective or incorrect.
• The package is missing items.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and unburned.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Process

1. Contact us at support@3baan.com or WhatsApp on +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 7 days.
2. Share images/videos of the damaged/incorrect product.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to courier it back.
4. A replacement will be shipped, or a refund will be processed within 7-12 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Partially used/opened boxes.
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or storage issues after delivery.
• Clearance sale or promotional items.
